Directions for the Future, 1971 through 1982: The Planning office was opened on August 1, 1972 under the direction of Sister Firmin Escher. She produced the publication on planning and program development at the College of Saint Benedict from 1972 - 1976. Paul Brinkman was Acting Director in 1976-1977.
