Relocation and Renovation of Bahamas Program: Proposal and Recommendations, August - October 1993
The following groups and decisions were made:
1. Letter from two presidents about tasks that need to be accomplished before the two Boards approved the "Bahamian Initiative."
2. Task team under Charles Villette to finalize the construction plans and estimated budget.
3. Description of the fiscal implications for the two budgets and their financial health as they would be impacted by this project's funding proposal.
4. Description of the current programming and the proposed programming which justifies the need for expanded and renovated facilities (include curriculum, enrollment, staffing, learning resources, and overhead expenses.

1. Lists of financial information.
2. Proposed site for the relocation: the site formerly occupied by St. Augustine College.
3. Renovations required: classrooms, library area, computer room, science lab, administrative area, and general renovation.
