Joint Governance, April 23, 2004 Approval of April 23, 2004 Report on the Coordinate Relationship Report on Strategic Issues and Directions Discussion on the Role of Boards and Committees in Strategic Direction [Motion to recommend approval of the "Coordinate Governance Structure" as an amendment of the December 8, 2000 to clarify the role of the Joint Governance Committee (approved at Joint Board meeting May 14, 2004). The amendment deals with striking the second sentence under Joint Governance Committee and adding "The Joint Governance Committee is comprised of the chairs and vice chairs of the boards of CSB and SJU, the presidents of CSB and SJU and additional members from each of the Boards (as appointed collaboratively by the chairs of the Boards."
