Desired Outcomes:
To move to greater understanding of the environment in which
CSB/SJU Operates;
To advance the interests of Strategic Directions 2010;
To engage in a more focused strategic agenda for CSB/SJU.
Joint Plenary Session I: Key Issues: Environmental Assessment.
Joint Plenary Session II: Group reports on the major direction of
discussion and the 1 - 2 key recommendations or areas of
consensus.
Joint Plenary Session III: Summary of the "sense of the boards for each key issue to clarify, affirm, or amend the "sense of the
boards."
Committee Meetings to discuss key issues
Closing Plenary Session
