On December 1, 1971, Sister Clyde reported on a meeting with Kevin Hughes in re the change of composition of the Board with more lay persons included. Hughes gave his concerns. Sister Clyde calculated a rate of 60 nuns and 40 lay persons over the next four years: 1971: 9 lay persons 10 sisters 1972: 12 lay persons 11 sisters 1973 15 lay persons 12 sisters 1974 18 lay persons 13 sisters 1975 21 lay persons 14 sisters
