1961-2000: Movement from Ownership to Sponsorship;

by 1966, the Community had relinquished ownership and management of the College and one health care center;

in 1967, Prioress Henrita Osendorf said "Incorporation makes these institutions the property of the Members of the Corporation, and it is incidental that, in our case, all members of the Corporation are religious

1980s to the Present (2000) Today's Realities: Governance,Sponsorship Relationship: a dual governance structure of Corporate Members and a Board of Trustees with distinct functions;

Joint Administrative Council (JAC) is an internal structure created to strengthen the commitment to a collaborative relationship between the monastery and college on a day-to-day basis which began in 1989 and developed a Partnership Document" drafted in 1992. That document was revised into a "Statement of Relationship" in 2000: it became more intentional/attentive to new ways of influencing the Mission and Fostering Catholic, Benedictine Identity
