In the letters of the word "Safe" are white silhouettes of people skiing, sailing, snowboarding or skateboarding, and plaing a ball sport. "Spring Break" in reverse type, all caps Roman font, white on turquoise rectangle. Below logo, "The Power of Positive Choices" in title case, small caps sans serif, turquoise. "BACCHUS Safe Spring Break, The Power of Positive Choices." This was a national campaign or program, not locally produced. Appears to be vinyl, wrapped around a metal base, and with a stiff card or plastic backing.
