Full-length studio portrait of a dark-haired boy dressed as an altar server. He wears cassock and lace-trimmed surplice over a high detachable collar. He stands in front of a painted background.

Black and white, brown tone, slightly glossy. Approximately 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches including border.

Mounted in a gray linen-finish folder which has printed black borders and an oval frame for the photo. Front of folder has embossed flowers.

Cut-out oval is slightly too big for the picture because of the white borders on the print.

Left inside cover of folder inscribed: "To / Father Isidore / Bernard / Jan 10, 1916."

Total size 8 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches, folds to 4 1/8 x 9 inches.
