1. Albert Ambroz. Full-length studio portrait of boy in suit and bow tie, standing next to a wooden table covered with a fringed cloth, in front of a painted background. The boy's hat is on the table next to a decorative glass dome. on blue card. Written on back: "A. Ambroz, Heidelberg, Minn., Dec. 4, '83."
2. Frank Bernick. Portrait of a boy with very curly hair parted in the middle. He wears a suit and a broad bow tie, with a cross as a tie tack. On pink card. Written on back: "Frank Bernick, Apr. 1883."
3. Frederick W. Faber. Portrait of boy wearing a single-breasted jacket. His necktie is barely visible. On blue card. Written on back: "Fred Faber, Chaska, Minn., 83."
4. Frederick W. Faber. Portrait of boy wearing a single-breasted jacket with pocket handkerchief, a watch chain, and a broad bow tie. Written on back: "Fred Faber, Apr -- 1883."
5. Henry Fangmann. Full-length studio portrait of a young man in an overcoat, cravat, and derby with a ribbon. He stands beside a chair with an open back, in front of a painted background. A foot of the posing stand is visible. Written on back: "Henry Fangmann, March 1883."
6. Anthony Heider. Full-length studio portrait of a young man in suit and tie seated on a fringed posing chair in front of a painted background. He resets one arm on a wooden table covered with a fringed cloth. A decorative glass dome is on the table. On a green card. Written on back: "Anthony Heider, Dec 13, '83, Special Eastman Pyro."
7. Harry McLaughlin. Full-length studio portrait of boy in light-colored jacket and vest, dark trousers, and broad bow tie. He holds a straw hat as he leans against a chair wuth an open back, in front of a painted background. Written on back: "Harry McLaughlin, Standing Rock, D. T., March 13, 1883. Beebe's Dry Plate, Pyro dev., 3 sec. exp."
8. Henry Meier. Studio portrait of young man in three-piece suit with watch chain and broad bow tie. One hand is behind his back. In his other hand, he rests some folded papers on a draped table. In front of a painted background. Pin hole in upper right. Photo studio: Kertson & Courteau's, Sauk Centre, Minn. Identified on front as "Henry Meyer, M.A., 1883." ["M.A." is the Master of Accounts degree.]
9. Adolph Stierle. Head-and-shoulders studio portrait of boy wearing jacket, pocket square, cravat, and tie tack. Written on back: "Adolph Stierle, Apr 1883."
10. John Wocken. Studio portrait of man with hair brushed back, with dark mustache and full beard. He wears a suit with a prominent watch chain. Photographer: E.S. Hill, St. Cloud, Minn. Written on back: "John Wocken, Student," and, in another hand, "81-83."
11. John Wolf. Vignette of a young man wearing a jacket and patterned tie. On green card. Written on back: "John Wolf, Student, Jordan, Minn., June 1883."
