b) Lake Sagatagan: fencing and gates;

c) Monastic gardens: signage and entry points.

3) Review of upgrading audiovisual technology in the abby chapter house.

4) Various Physical Plant issues, including

a) Campus safety report;

b) Abbey woodworking shop exterior doors;

c) Church window upgrades

5) Further discussion of updating the church hymn board.
