1) Approval of the minutes of 15 March 2023.

2) Update on renovation plans for a university baseball clubhouse and discussion of renovation plans within Warner Palaestra for NovaCare.

3) Update on renovation plans for the Collegeville Institute.

4) Review of various university concerns,including:

a) Vincent Court exterior treatment;

b) Student Services corridor (The Hub);

c) Centenary XV Room (Quad 264);

d) Sexton Commons furnishings;

e) Student Activities space, Mary Hall;

f) Well-Being Center reconfiguration;

g) Admission office space;

h) Frank House president's suite.

5) Update on Wimmer Hall exterior lighting and west mall security gate.

6) Further discussion of the prep school outdoor classroom and a security gate.
