4) Review of various university concerns, including:

a) Vincent Court exterior treatment;

b) Patrick Hall interior treatment;

c) Development of the tundra/campus green;

d) Placement of memorial benches on campus.

5) Discussion of accepting a work of art into the Saint John's collection.

6) Discussion of various monastery concerns, including:

a) Abbey quad awning;

b) Monastic garden signage;

c) Church hymn board.
