3) Discussion of Collegeville Institute renovation plans.

4) Discussion of Flynntown housing/landscaping issues.

5) Discussion of creating an outdoor classroom at Saint John's Preparatory School.

6) Discussion of various Physical Plant or design matters, including:

a) Guild Hall automated gate;

b) Alcuin Library signage;

c) New Science Building pendulum;

d) Art Center landscaping;

e) Placement of Siant John's Historical Marker;

f) Placement of statue of Our Lady of Beauraing;

g) Monastic gardens: signage;

h) Abbey and university church: hymn board.
