Agenda:

1) Approval of the minutes of 17 November 2022; acceptance of the subcommittee report of 15 December 2022.

2) Final review (with a vote for approval) of the university baseball clubhouse drawings; and review of additional athletic department matters.

3) Continued discussion of ourtdoor lightin, including options for:

a) Walkways of the "tundra" area;

b) Wimmer Hall "lot" and driving lanes.

4) Onsite visit to reimagine the Centenary Room (Quad 264).

5) Discussion of various physical plant or design matters, including:

a) Security cameras in university residences;

b) Church sacristy window treatment;

c) Placement of Saint John's Historical Marker;

d) Monastic gardens: signage;

e) Placement of statue of Our Lady of Beauraing;

f) Abbey and university church: hymn board.
