a) Walkways of the "tundra" area;

4) Onsite visit to reimagine the Centenary Room (Quad 264).

5) Discussion of various physical plant or design matters, including:

a) Security cameras in university residences;

b) Cover design for the Saint John's Abbey Hymnal;

c) Church sacristy window treatment;

d) Placement of Saint John's Historical Marker;

e) Monastic gardens: signage;

f) Placement of statue of Our Lady of Beauraing;

g) Abbey and university church: hymn board;

h) Construction/renovation updates.
