3) Discussion of various physical plant or design matters, including:

a) Benet Hall: garbage/service animal accomodation;

b) Mary Hall: entrance flooring;

c) Sexton Commons: reupholserting dining room chairs;

d) Sexton Commons: directories;

e) Woodworking kiln: brick or concrete finish;

f) Woodworking building: fenestration update;

g) Dietrich Reinhart Learning Commons: window treatment;

h) Powerhouse: steam turbine project;

i) Monastic gardens: signage;

j) Placement of statue of Our Lady of Beauraing;

k) Abbey and university church: hymn board.
