1) Approval of the minutes of 18 August 2022.

2) Discussion of university athletic matters, including:

a) Baseball clubhouse;

b) Football stadium concessions.

3) Update on planning for the prep school soccer pitch.

4) Discussion of outdoor furnishings for Seton Village.

5) Jon Hassler Sculpture Garden: further discussion of developing the garden and placement of security cameras.

6) Discussion of other design details, including:

a) Exterior lighting in Seton Village;

b) Placement of Our Lady of Beauraing statue;

c) Hymn board for the abbey and university church;

d) Outdoor garbage containers.
