- Saint Michael Hall parking: 6a) discuss a proposal to expand parking near the prep dorm; 6b) Committee response;

- Wimmer Hall: 9) Office space is to be created on the first floor of Wimmer Hall for the university dining/events staff

- Church stairwell: 10) committee inspected the new glass panels recently installed into the sides of the north-east stairway of the abbey and university church

- Church steps: 11) committee inspected the new (code-compliant) adhesive recently installed on the edge of the steps of the church balcony

- Parking Lot Expansion Proposal

1. Expand the current parking lot to 173 feet (additional 100 feet) along the existing stretch of grass that was shrubs and bushes before the completion of the Reno in June 2020.

2. Add a roughly 15-foot by 15-foot concrete slab for the 6-yard dumpster and 4-yard recycling container.

3. Repair the concrete pillar outside door #4 on Saint Michael Hall
