- Update and review of plans for renovating the lower floor of the quadrangle (Great Hall) for the university marketing department, Discussion of upgrading the Saint John’s Prep soccer pitch, Various Physical Plant concerns, including: Clemens Stadium: Review of concessions and of a sign for the scoreboard; Update on revising the church kiosk; Update on adding railings to the northeast church stairway; Discussion of adding reflective tape on the interior steps of the church; Update on plans for The Saint John’s Bible display in the Great Hall.
