Scope and Contents

For SATB Choir (Congregation), Organ, and Optional Brass Choir and Timpani. JERUSALAM, C.H.H. Parry, arranged by Richard Proulx. Words by Carl P. Daw. 3 full instrumental scores and sets of 11 instrumental parts: Trumpet I-III in C, Horn I-II in F, Trombone I-II, Tuba, Trumpet. The instrumental parts are score for three different brass choir (Versions A, B, or C).

In this file are the following: the published (1992) version of Proulx's original setting (G-2689) of Carl P. Daw's, "O Day of Peace That Dimly Shines" [though the brass choir and timpani parts that go with it are not included here (G-2689-INST.)]; a photocopy of the organ accompaniment for this song (Worship #654); individual parts for cello, harp, and oboe; and a "cue score" that contains the oboe, cello, and harp parts. It appears that Proulx--after having published the version that included brass, timpani, and organ--wrote another arrangement for cello, harp, and oboe. It is unclear if the cello, harp, and oboe version ever was published.
