This piece for mixed voices and organ (with optional flute or oboe) was written in 1997 by Proulx "for Douglas R. Hoffman, in friendship and gratitude." It is unique in that the women's voices all sing in unison and the men all sing in unison. In essence, it is a duet for women and the men.
