This file contains a very tattered published score of Nibelle's Messe Hero;ique de Jeanne D'Arc (on which Proulx made changes and additions). The original is written for SATB choir, organ, and 3 trumpets in C. Proulx took this piece, edited it (see next sentence), and added parts for 3 trombones, and timpani. Besides adding trombones and timpani, Proulx edited the original score in the following ways: in the Gloria he removed measures 5, 6, and beat 1 of 7, and measures 13, 14, and beat 1 of 15; he compressed measures 19-23 into three measures, and edited the original trumpet parts; in the Sanctus, he added a trumpet solo as an introduction; and in the Benedictus he added notes in the trumpet parts (substituting trumpet for soprano and alto solos) and added an extra measure at the end. It is unclear if this arrangement has ever been published.
