This folder includes two copies of the "next-to-final" draft of the application for a St. John's NRHP district, dated March 15, 1978. The final draft is in 1223:6. Continuation sheet item number 8 page 8 in final draft explains importance of architectural heritage.
Also contains pamphlets & Q & A about the National Register program from Denis Gardner of the Minnesota Historical Society, received in 2017.
