Professor emeritus Ad de Keyzer,former head of the Titus Brandus Institute for Spirituality at Radboud University in Nijmegen,The Netherlands, was a colleague of Huijbers on the staff the School of Church Music of the Utrecht Music Conservatory. Now in retirement, he continues his association with the Carmelite community at the Titus Brandus parish in Nijmegen,as a colleague of renowned psalmist exegete Kees Waaijman.He is an acknowledged authority on the liturgical construction, biblical exegesis and music of J. S. Bach.
