Proulx took Robert Revicki's piece entitled, "Alleluia" from "Songs of Praise," [(Boosey and Hawkes - 5597) written for unison chorus or equal voices, with tenor or soprano solo and tambourine accompaniment], changed the words to the text of the Gloria, added a second vocal part in the last nine measures, and added handbell and triangle accompaniment.
