Upward Bound Program (Trio), 1993-, 1993-2002

From 1993 to 2002, the Upward Bound program was under the Academic Affairs Department. In the Fall of 2002, the program came under the direction of Student Development Office. The program was begun in 1994 under the leadership of M. Bourget. He met with Apollo, Tech and Willmar high schools who agreed to be part of the program. He explored whether or not to include Foley in June 1994 and worked on getting letters of commitment from the schools.
