The amendment deals with striking the second sentence under Joint Governance Committee and adding "The Joint Governance Committee is comprised of the chairs and vice chairs of the boards of CSB and SJU, the presidents of CSB and SJU and additional members from each of the Boards (as appointed collaboratively by the chairs of the Boards."
