Scope and Contents
Joe O'Connell Carving Wood Black and white photographic print, 6.25 x 9 inches, on 8 x 10 paper, mounted on foam board and matted with 11 x 14 inch off-white Crescent board. Vertical format. Mat signed Loegering '87. Joe in studio or workshop. Left profile. He is using both hands to manipulate a gouge on the edge of a wood sculpture. To his left are more blocks of carved wood, and in front of him is an array of wood carving tools. Gift to the Archives from S. Dennis Frandrup, OSB, November 2014.
