President's Statistics File. Flat index card file, with plastic sleeves on rods, and black cardstock backing. Handwritten cards and one newspaper clipping inserted, with statistics about enrollment, graduates, financial aid, faculty salaries, budget, fundraising. Used by S. Emmanuel Renner as President, 1979-1986. In a note to Jon McGee, she calls it her "memory bank." Fulvu brand, capacity for 25 3 x 5 inch cards. 5 5/8 x 9 1/2 x 1/2 inch when flat. Cards can be flipped; when file is "open," the length is 12 1/2 inches. Transferred to the Archives by Nancy Dueland, December 18, 2020.
