Enameled inset 6 inches square shows both sides of St. Benedict medal, Brass plate with recipient's name, Carol A. McCarthy. Donor recognition. In cardboard box. Accompanied by letter from S. Colman O'Connell to "Carol," undated. Also with e-mail correspondence between S. Gen Maiers and the archivist, October 2011, which gives information on provenance.
